Case Study: Graham Heath Construction completes massive biomass project for Eddie Stobart

We recently announced the completion of one of our biggest projects to date for logistics giant, Eddie Stobart.

The bespoke build was for a 1000m sq. industrial biomass boiler housing unit and wood chip store at Stobart’s Widnes site in the North West of England. The project forms part of Stobarts’ continued commitment to improving its carbon footprint, rolling out energy efficient projects for its group buildings throughout the UK.

This was an extremely exciting project for us as we fought off some stiff competition to win the contract and we are extremely proud of the results. The buildings look fantastic and as a result, we have been asked to quote for more projects. Hopefully this is the start of a great working relationship.

With an ongoing demand for high quality builds throughout their business and with sites the length and breadth of the UK, it is vital that the Stobart Group works with suppliers that they can trust.

George Smith, Contracts Manager for Stobarts comments: “The team at Graham Heath Construction have done a fantastic job and we are more than happy with the finished project.”
