We have the pleasure in providing an estimate for a steel-framed building, which is approximately 24.000m (78' 9") long, 15.499m (50' 10") wide with an Eaves Height of 4.877m (16') and Roof Pitch at 15.0 degrees.
The following details are from an original order, which has now been cancelled and as a result is exclusively available at a discounted rate. Details are as follows:
Steelwork
To supply for erection on prepared site and concrete foundations, steel portal frame 6.000m (19' 8") centres with 254 x 146 x 31kg UB stanchions and 254 x 146 x 31kg UB rafters. Roof bracing to one end. Side bracing to one end. All steelwork to be thoroughly cleaned and painted using our quality spray system giving a blue semi-gloss finish.
Purlins
To supply 9" x 3" x 20' timber purlins bolted to frame at 1.525m (5') centres. Eaves beams to be 9" x 3" timber
Roof Cladding
To supply 1000 profile .7 PVC coated box profile steel sheets including ridge and verge flashings with all necessary fixings.
Roof Lights
Incorporate 16 No. 3.200m class 3 corrugated roof lights in roof cladding positioned to suit customer's requirements.
Rainwater Goods
Building Side 1: Eaves gutter to be 160 on the side with 2 No 110 diameter down-pipes and rubber sealed joints
Building Side 2: Eaves gutter to be 160 on the side with 2 No 110 diameter down-pipes and rubber sealed joints
End Cladding
Gable End 1: To be clad square to eaves with 150 x 25 tanalised timber Yorkshire boarding on 5" x 3" Tanalised Timber rails.
Gable End 2: To be clad square to eaves with 150 x 25 tanalised timber Yorkshire boarding on 5" x 3" Tanalised Timber rails.
Side Cladding
Side 1: No cladding
